“The primary characteristic of any fluid system is its ability to keep transforming itself.” ~ Emilie Conrad,
founder of Continuum Movement
What does it mean to be truly sustainable? How do we nourish our systems and create resiliency?
Join us for a Continuum weekend exploring the fundamental nature of health, happiness and connection through breath/sound/movement.
We voyage through our own body as ecosystem:
The architectural structure of bones.
The peaks and valleys of soft tissues.
The verdant wetlands of lymph.
The rivers coursing through the circulatory system…
1) As we connect with our own inner nature and the outer world of Mother Earth, we find the source of true sustainability and resiliency.
2) The breath/sound/voice and movement play of Continuum offers us an opportunity to go beyond the everyday and enter a state of deep listening, curiosity and openness.
3) Our fluid intelligence awakens and pulses within. We move with the rhythms of our ancient primordial birthright.
4) BENEFITS INCLUDE: Stress Reduction ~ Greater Vitality ~ Better Sleep ~ Increased Core Strength ~ Flexible Power to Move ~ Spacious Sense of Well-Being ~ Enhanced Creativity ~ Sense of Play!
“The closest natural area to you is the wild, naturally intelligent biological community within you.” ~ Michael J. Cohen
